Any choices, implementations, administrative alterations, or investments made by you following an advisory engagement with me are executed entirely of your own volition, risk, and independent judgment. I make no representations, warranties, or assertions regarding specific business outcomes, financial gains, revenue increases, client acquisition, or commercial success. You assume full risk for all implemented business strategies.
By purchasing a service or booking a consultation session, you explicitly agree to the following strict financial guidelines:
Payment at Time of Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking to successfully reserve and secure your scheduled calendar slot.
Strict Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the personalized, time-intensive nature of business advisory preparation and scheduling, all sessions, consulting materials, and service fees are completely non-refundable.
5 Business Days' Rescheduling Policy: If you need to change your appointment date or time, you must provide a minimum of five (5) business days' notice prior to your scheduled session. Failure to provide at least five business days' advance notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee, and you will need to pay for a new session to rebook.
Attendance Responsibility: You are solely responsible for attending your scheduled session on time. Missing your session entirely or logging in excessively late will result in the immediate forfeiture of that slot with no credit or partial refund provided.
All materials, frameworks, workflows, templates, communication flowcharts, and underlying educational methodologies displayed on this website or delivered during our sessions remain my exclusive intellectual property. I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these provided materials solely for your own internal, non-commercial business operations. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, selling, distributing, or repurposing my materials to form the basis of a competing coaching or consulting business.
I reserve the absolute right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate an ongoing advisory relationship at my sole discretion, for any reason, without limitation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jennifer Rios shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of profit, business interruption, or data losses—arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on my Services. My maximum cumulative liability under any legal theory shall be strictly capped at the total financial amount paid by you to me for the specific session in dispute.
